Got the HQ DivX version - watched it comfortably on 46" TV

Both aspects of the story are well-realized, though the romance is deeper than the threat, and the science fiction premise by master Phillip K **** (Bladerunner) is intriguing. Matt Damon, playing the junior Congressman looking for a Senate seat, is earnest as usual and looks enough like an everyman that an interviewer joking with him about his "good looks" compared to other politicians is fun rather than awkward. Emily Blunt plays his love interest with sarcastic, believable charm. The movie feels small-scale--it's based on a short story--but given the empty-headedness of the past year's "big" action flicks, that's okay right now.

I should have listened to Eric Ledgin, figured that maybe he just did not get it... Well he did! I will never doubt him or his tweets ever again! Save your money!

Basically, the movie is picking on God. He is portrayed as this big, mean "chairman" that doesn't care about us or what we want or need. Couldn't be farther from the truth! The storyline is so completely unbelievable that it's laughable. The two leading actors deliver good performances but the plot has so many holes in it that the movie falls flat. There is no clear reasoning behind the forbiddeness of their love, the doors make no sense, don't get me started on the "previous versions of the plans", and inspite of all of the weirdness, it's predictable. I walked out of this movie 5 minutes before the end because I couldn't take it anymore. It was just stupid.
